This chapter is a late addition to the book and was not part of the original plan. During my many brain storming sessions on the content of this book, it was suggested to me that a discussion on animation production management would be incomplete without including the views of fellow artists and individuals who have dabbled in animation. So far, you have read my views, and for a true holistic approach, I agree that it is important to know what others feel about this subject as well, and I should therefore present the viewpoints of such people so that ultimately it is the reader who forms his or her own opinion on the importance of this subject. This chapter is, therefore, dedicated to what animation production management really means to clients as well as to artists.
